Ordering materials from Director Military Family Services

Director Military Family Services (DMFS) has a new system for Canadian/Military Family Resource Centres (C/MFRCs) to order promotional materials and other resources. All requests for Military Family Services Program (MFSP) materials should now be sent via email to the DMFS Administrative Support Services Clerk, Francine St-Amour, at Francine.St-Amour@forces.gc.ca.

When sending your request, please make sure to list the following details:

  • The name of the resource(s) you are requesting;
  • The language of the resource – English, French or bilingual;
  • The number of each resource that you require;
  • The date you require the resources to arrive by, if applicable;
  • Your C/MFRC full civic mailing address (not a PO box) and your telephone number;
  • Your intent for the resource (distribution to families, distribution at a conference, etc.)

The following resources are currently available for request from DMFS via email to Francine.St-Amour@forces.gc.ca. Click on each resource to see an image:

 This is a complete list of the materials currently available from DMFS. We will update this list as our inventory changes, and if new resources are added to our supply.

If you are looking for materials that do not appear on this list, they are likely available online only, and can be downloaded from the DMFS website here. As always, Second Language Training resources may be ordered from the DMFS website here.

Many C/MFRCs also use the Department of National Defence Preparing for Deployment Stress and Preparing for Reunion Stress booklets and the CF Member Assistance Program brochures, which are not DMFS-produced resources. They are available through local base Supply Officers only.

If you have any further questions about the resources available from DMFS, please contact Francine.St-Amour@forces.gc.ca. Thank you for your cooperation!
